Meet Alison
Alison Berk is a board-certified physician assistant and a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology from the University of Delaware. Alison continued her education by receiving her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2014. During her time in the Physician Assistant program, she completed her elective clinical rotation in dermatology at Dermatology and Mohs Surgery Center. Alison worked as an Internal Medicine Physician Assistant from 2014 and 2020, where she moved to a private dermatology practice in Connecticut.
Alison has had a passion for dermatology since the beginning of her healthcare career. Her expertise includes conducting full skin exams and preventing and treating skin cancers, as well as treating acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, warts and seborrheic dermatitis. Alison strives to establish an individualized treatment plan for each of her patients to make him or her feel healthy, confident and comfortable in his or her skin.
